Operating duty

1. Responsible for conducting research on new technologies in industry and academia, researching and introducing new materials and processes, and supporting product competitiveness;

2. Responsible for the selection and customized development of metal materials, and proficient in the measurement methods of common process defect mechanisms and basic physical properties;

3. Responsible for accumulating relevant technologies and selecting standards, and tackling major difficult problems.

Job requirements

1. Master's degree or above, with a background in materials forming or chemistry related majors preferred;

2. Familiar with various metal material specifications, heat treatment, surface treatment processes, and have more than 5 years of development and application experience;

3. Work experience in practical applications in fields such as consumer electronics and automotive components is preferred;

4. Familiar with material properties and solid theoretical foundation;

5. Clear logical thinking, skilled in communication, possessing good execution and self-learning abilities.
