On September 15, 2022, just over two months before the opening ceremony of the 22nd Qatar World Cup, a suitable manufacturer for the giant emblem sculpture on site has yet to be determined due to various difficulties. After multiple unsuccessful consultations worldwide, the organizing committee turned their attention to Dongguan, known as the "world factory", and quickly found Dingyi Dream Factory. Due to time constraints, the organizing committee requires the completion of the entire order task within 25-30 days.

Mission that is impossible to complete

This is considered a fantasy! Because such a giant sculpture requires 20 days for steel structure drawings and detailed drawings, and it takes at least one month to complete the sculpture phase, which is why other peers consider it an "impossible task". Through feasibility analysis, we have come up with an acceleration plan and put all our efforts into the production process. We coordinated an emergency business schedule, introduced robotic arms, and used 50 carving machines to work 24 hours a day without interruption. We completed 3D modeling, structural demolition and construction in 3 days, steel structure design in 5 days, and sculpture printing in less than 6 days.

This is like magic

Due to its large size, military aircraft were used in eight stages to transport this massive object weighing 165 tons to Doha Bay. To ensure project progress, we dispatched 12 technical personnel to the site to guide installation. The wheel axle started construction immediately upon landing and was successfully completed.

After the emblem was successfully assembled, the members of the organizing committee exclaimed, "This is like magic.

A miracle was created in 33 days

With professional confidence, courage to face challenges, and the ability to organize and allocate the entire industry chain, Dingyi Dream Factory completed this giant sculpture that is 24 meters long, 14 meters wide, and 27 meters high within 33 days, creating an industry miracle. Subsequently, Dingyi's innovation was widely reported by domestic and foreign media, and gained recognition as the "Chinese speed of the world's factory".
